DCM Community Access Programs

The DCM is excited to announce our Community Access Programs, or CAPs! We want to make sure that as many families as possible are able to experience the playful learning opportunities that the Museum provides!

We are pleased to offer these programs, and we need your help to keep them going. Click here to make your contribution to CAPs today.

Community Access Nights

Join us for specially-scheduled evenings throughout the year when the DCM is open from 5-7pm and admission is just $2 per person! The Museum's DEcafe is also open during these evenings to help take dinner planning and preparation off your mind.

Upcoming dates are:

Wednesday, June 20

Wednesday, July 18

Wednesday, August 15

Check It Out!

The Wilmington Public Library on Tenth Street—as well as the North Wilmington Branch on Market Street—carry DCM admission passes. These passes are available for check-out by library cardholders.

Salute the Troops Program

Periodically, the Delaware Children’s Museum says “Thank You” to all of those moms, dads, aunts, uncles, and grandparents who have served our country.  Watch for news of special "Salute the Troops" programs, when active-duty and veteran military personnel will receive two free admissions with military ID, for themselves and one guest (total of two people).

Passage to Play

The DCM will match donors who wish to underwrite field trips with schools or groups who need them. Interested? Contact the Museum at (302) 442-6862.
