Kids will learn about the various components and jobs within the building industry as they role play and imagine themselves hard at work. From drawing blue prints to exploring structural stability requirements, and from connecting with blocks and exploring materials, guests will walk away with a whole new understanding of what it takes to create buildings across the globe.

The Power of Me How long can you hang from a chin-up bar? How long does it take a command from your brain to get to your muscles? How does the human body work? Active and interactive exhibits let kids test and explore their own capabilities -- helping them to understand how the body works, and how they can help theirs stay healthy.

ECOnnect Here kids can roll up their sleeves and discover the workings of nature for themselves, with activities such as a highly interactive stream table that allows kids to explore everything from water locks to wind power. Stepping inside the EcoHouse, they will experience a sustainable home that utilizes clean energy and green technology, giving kids an understanding of how choices in energy relate to the Earth's sustainability.

Bank on It Money makes the world go around, but how? Bank on It lets kids explore every facet of financial management, from earning and managing a budget, to saving and spending. And with interactive fun, such as an ATM kids can operate, an oversized check kids can write, and a pneumatic tube (like the one at the bank drive-thru), kids get more than intellectual exercise.

Stratosphere Kids of all ages will stretch their limits and learn new skills inside this 30-foot diameter climbing structure. Multiple entrances on the lobby level allow kids to climb to a circular platform that overlooks the lobby entrance, while the upper level is wheelchair accessible — letting children find fun in ways that go over the heads of their parents and teachers.

Training Wheels This transportation-themed area provides lots of opportunities for our youngest visitors, ages 0-PreK, to interact. A toddler-sized train and an auto shop with a miniature car help children practice motor skills and role play in an immersive environment made just for them. A padded boat encourages safe and comfortable exploration by early walkers. A private nursing area accommodates moms and their babies.

Delaware College Investment Plan Studio D* This lively workshop is a space for hands-on creative expression in a variety of artistic media. Guests of all ages can experiment and express themselves through art experiences that support fundamental elements of the museum’s exhibits.
